In order to train its staff, Deutsche Bahn needed e-learning modules on “safety at work”, “customer communication” and “IT” at short notice, which were tailored to the needs of the company. Based on the existing experience, these modules have practically been developed “on call”, mostly within a few days. In addition, the company was advised on the didactic structure of the existing learning material.
