LEARNTEC 2022 will be held in Karlsruhe from May 31 to June 2. This means that Europe's most important trade fair for learning with IT will finally take place "on site" again after being suspended due to corona. SZENARIS will present its latest projects and developments there.
The pontoon boat system for civil defense and disaster control, developed in cooperation with SZENARIS, was recently presented in Hamburg.
On October 01, the "Living Lab" of the DRZ e.V. ("Deutsches Rettungsrobotik-Zentrum e.V.") opened in Dortmund. In the course of this festive event, SZENARIS was also welcomed as a new member. The competence center, which is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), enables research and development of mobile robot systems for civil emergency response.
As part of LEARNTEC xChange - the online format of Europe's largest trade fair for digital learning - the delina Award ceremony took place on June 23, 2021. The delina Award is considered an innovation prize for digital education and is awarded for concepts and projects that combine modern technologies and media with everyday learning. Due to Corona, the award ceremony had to take place online. This year, SZENARIS was awarded together with the Federal Agency for Technical Relief in the category "Education and Training" for the system "VR Dike Defense Simulator".
The development of complex e-learning and simulation solutions requires precise compliance with a large number of quality guidelines. Therefore, SZENARIS has established a quality management system for more than 10 years which, thanks to its constant further development, meets the high quality requirements at all times and guarantees the future-proof development of the company.
In the delina Awards 2021, the virtual reality dike defense simulator developed by SZENARIS and the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW) has made it to the nominees, making it one of the projects worthy of an award.

The Comenius EduMedia Award was presented on September 24, 2020. The coveted award is presented by the “Gesellschaft für Pädagogik, Information und Medien e.V. (GPI)” for particularly outstanding digital educational media.
Within the framework of the BMWi-funded research project "KI-SIGS", SZENARIS has set out to develop artificial intelligence. KI-SIGS stands for "Artificial Intelligence - Space for Intelligent Health Systems". Within the project, partners from Bremen, Hamburg, and Schleswig-Holstein are setting up an AI ecosystem for the health sector.
SZENARIS (www.szenaris.com) very successfully installed the first highly immersive team training platform in Indonesia. The future operators of the amphibious vehicle M3 from the manufacturer General Dynamics European Land Systems-Bridge Systems (www.gdels.com) will be trained holistically with the system.
